St Charles worst venue for concert ever
The acoustics at St. Charles were absolutely terrible, making it the worst concert venue I have ever experienced. Incredibly uncomfortable seats were just one of the many disappointments. Great White seemed to deliver the performance I was expecting, but the incoherent words uttered between songs were a complete mystery. Despite knowing most of the lyrics, following along was a challenge. I regret ever attending an event at this venue and will not repeat the mistake, regardless of the cost. Opting for a show at Foghat behind the bar in Granite City would have been a much more enjoyable and affordable experience with better quality beer.
